He who has knowledge spares his words, and a man of understanding is of a calm spirit. Even a fool is counted wise when he holds his peace; when he shuts his lips, is considered perceptive Proverbs 17:27-28

The good man out of his good treasure brings out good things, and the evil man out of his evil treasure brings out evil things. I tell you that every idle word that man speaks, they will give account of it in the day of judgement. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned Matthew 12:35-37.

Lord Jesus, when I sat in Your Presence, I had nothing to offer You. This was all I had to offer when my heart was embittered and broken. I gave You my broken life. Instead of judgment and condemnation, You calmed the raging hurt within me and gave me Your Peace. Idle words from an embittered heart are not what You desire. You desire a broken and contrite spirit. As tears rolled down my cheeks, I gave you what was left of me, and You accepted my offering and renewed my heart, filling it with gratitude. Thank You, Lord, for Your Grace, Mercy, and Compassion, amen.
