“Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Before Google Maps came along and made our lives simpler, we would have to pull on the side of the road to try to figure out how in the world we got lost, or for the most part, blame the passenger who read the map wrong, or the driver who refused to follow directions. We can blame others for getting us lost or read the map ourselves; I read and study the map before heading out, even the Google map.

The Bible is The Map, our daily bread; without it, we would be like a feather in the wind being tossed to and fro. The Holy Ghost guides us through God’s Holy Word, and He will never misguide us; however, either we can misunderstand or allow others to misinform us. Knowing God and His nature is crucial, and the only way to know Him is by spending time with Him and reading the book He gave us as a map leading us to Himself through His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus says, “Follow Me; I Am The Way.” He also says we must be born again, like a newborn with an empty cup, so that He can fill it with His love, His nature, and His words. His Mapping for a life of peace on earth.

“Our Father who art in heaven hallow be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us of our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, and deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the power, the kingdom, and the Glory forever and ever, in Jesus’ name, amen
