Psalm 27: The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked came against me to eat up my flesh, my enemies and foes, they stumbled and fell. Therefore, though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; I will be confident though war may rise against me.

Lord, You are the Commander and Chief of the Lord’s Army, Immanuel. You are with us; thank for Your Holy Spirit that guides us daily in Your word; Your word is the light of our life. Silence the lies of our enemies, both external and internal. We are comforted by You, ABBA. Although anxiety rages in my heart, You are the Anchor of my soul; I am grounded in Your Son, the Lord of my life. By Your grace, please help me to focus on Your faithfulness and loving-kindness. You are our shelter. You are Sovereign and sit above all things. May Your song rise in our hearts. Enable me by Your Power, Holy Spirit, to rest in Almighty God, Holy of holies, the Prince of Peace, Immanuel, God with us. In Jesus’ name, I pray for myself and all who seek Your salvation.
