Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”
Mark 6:31 NIV

I see now why Daniel prayed morning, noon, and night and why Jesus talked about the flowers which bloom, but when scorched by the sun, they wither away. In the morning, we are refreshed and ready to face the day. However, by noon we’re drained by the world’s cares and exhausted. This why we need God’s Word always with us; like a cold glass of water to refresh our souls, we need to find a quiet place and rest in Jesus so He can refresh our souls. His Holy Spirit is the Living Waters. Permit yourself to sit in His presence for at least five minutes and breath in His rest, breathe out, hurry. Like a doctor once told me, you have ruthlessly kick out “Hurry.”
