Heavenly Father, there is so much pain in this world between parents and their children, and I confess and repent that I have failed mine in many ways; the link from our ancestors has been passed down for generations. Dear, GOD OF MERCY, forgive our iniquities and heal us from the wounds of our past. Lord, where pride and arrogance reside, please replace these with humility and grace. For those in danger from those who wish harm to their children, please set a hedge of protection around them, and grant the parents the gift of repentance and the willingness to seek help and change their wicked ways. Lord, I forgive, but I fear for the safety of my children and their offspring. Break the link that holds us in captivity from the evil one’s deception. You are our Father, and we rest in Your care, in Jesus’ name, amen, amen
