” Little children, let no one lead you astray. He who does righteousness is righteous, even as He is Righteous.” 1 John 3:7

Father,
As today begins, we seek Your will above all. Guide our steps in the way of Your righteousness, and keep us steady in Your truth. Lead us into the Light of Your Presence, where nothing can hide—where You lovingly expose the sin that leads us astray, not to shame us, but to set us free.
Your Word says that You are Love, and that Your children don’t make a home in darkness. So search us, LORD. Where we have tolerated what You hate… where we have excused what You call sin… where we have resisted conviction—forgive us. We repent with holy sorrow. Cleanse us by the blood of Jesus, and purify our motives, our thoughts, our words, and our desires.
Holy Spirit, come in power. Expel every work of the flesh, every hidden idol, every bitterness, every pride, every craving for approval, every compromise that dulls our discernment. Burn away what is not like Christ, and ignite in us a Love that looks like Heaven: not in word only, but in deed and truth. Teach us to Love as Jesus loves—steadfast, pure, courageous, and obedient.
LORD, guard us from deception. Keep us from practicing sin, and strengthen us to practice righteousness. Let our lives testify that we belong to You. Make us quick to confess, quick to forgive, quick to obey, and quick to Love—because Your Love remains in us.
We surrender this day to You. Lead us. Correct us. Empower us. And let the peace of walking in Your light rest on us, and on those we Love.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
