Yes, the LORD has given me Beauty from Ashes! He has taken my grief and made it a day of celebration.
Today is going to be a very special day, as we should see every day. For this is the Day the LORD has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it, as though we are at a wedding. Instead of waiting for the Groom to arrive, let us prepare as the Bride prepares for her king, becoming One in holy matrimony.
The LORD has taken my sackloth of mourning and has given me the oil of joy and gladness. Yes, today, I feel like Naomi, after losing all hope, cursed her own life, but through Ruth, God gave her new life! My granddaughter is my Ruth, and through her my son’s seed will bring forth children from his children, praise the LORD!
Today is my son’s birthday. With great anticipation, I, as his mother, long to see him again. But today is not about grieving; it is a day of celebration; his baby girl’s wedding day. It is a day of a new birth, and unity with her beloved coming together in holy matrimony. There is no better day or way to honor my son, her father. Precious is in the sight of her father who is in heaven with our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ.
Everything has meaning and purpose, and as this day was getting close, I was preparing myself for a day of mourning. But God in His great mercy made a way for my son’s daughter, and turning this day her wedding day.
Elaina, forever the daughter of the King; passed down to her earthly father, and now given today to her husband. Becoming his wife, and is partner in life. To stand beside him, loving, respecting and honoring one another. Standing up for each other in truth, love, and holy righteousness. Not allowing anyone to tear them apart. To become mother of his children, and honored in her roll to be helped, respected and praised at the gates from her husband and children in Jesus name! These blessings, I declare today on her father’s birthday. Bound in God’s perfect love, and peace. Bound by my and her earthly father’s love for his babygirl. Yes, he is with you, and the desire of your dad’s heart will manifest according to God’s will, in Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen, praise and glory to God our Father.
