First, to God be all the glory! I never thought of Day’s Journey as my blog. In fact, when the Lord introduced me to Day’s Journey, I was in a very dark place. I couldn’t get through a day without being riddled with anxiety. It no wonder the Holy Spirit, birthed Day’s Journey!
Also, today while having lunch with my friend and coworker, she asked how I felt about my mental health since I started working at.the school three years ago? She also asked if I thought I would be emotionally healthy since. She was very supportive after the death of my son; I was a mess!
I told her that I knew I was going to be okay because I knew healing was a life long journey, and this is where it started. I am grateful to LORD for His constant companionship and steadfast love.
Happy Anniversary, Day’s Journey, to God be the praise and glory!
