Lord Jesus, fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit. Let boldness rise in us, not from pride or striving, but from being near You. Teach us to speak of Your resurrection with love, truth, and holy power. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
In Acts 4, Peter stood and spoke with a courage that could only have come from the Holy Spirit. This was not the boldness of human confidence, but the fruit of being filled with the life and power of the risen Christ. The one who had once known fear now spoke with clarity, not to glorify himself, but to glorify the Lord Jesus.
How greatly we need that same boldness Today.
Not a boldness shaped by anger, pride, or noise, but one born of the Holy Spirit. A boldness wrapped in Love. A boldness that speaks truth without losing tenderness. A boldness that remembers the resurrection is not merely a doctrine to defend, but a living reality to proclaim.
May God fill His people again with holy courage. May our words carry both truth and grace. May our lives bear witness that Jesus is alive. And may everything spoken through us be done in the Love and power of the Holy Spirit, to the glory of God alone.
Father,
As You filled Peter with the Holy Spirit, fill us also. Give us boldness to speak of Christ with Love, wisdom, and power. Keep us from fear, but also from speaking without Your heart. Let our words be full of grace and truth. May the resurrected Lord be seen in us and through us, and may all glory belong to You. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
Holy boldness is born where hearts have been with Jesus and are filled with His Spirit.
