Let us begin with a quiet prayer.
Lord Jesus, forgive us for the times we have stayed silent when someone needed hope. Give us the courage to share Your Love with gentleness and truth. Help us be faithful friends who point others to You. Amen.

Joppa, Millo, and Mahle: The Message of Hope
One quiet evening, Joppa and Millo noticed Mahle the Spotted Lamb sitting all alone at the edge of the field.
His head was low.
His shoulders felt heavy.
Millo fluttered down beside him. “Mahle, are you okay?”
Mahle didn’t answer right away.
After a moment, he whispered, “I don’t feel like I belong.”
Joppa’s heart softened.
She gently sat beside him. “What happened?”
Mahle looked down at his spots. “Some of the other lambs said I’m different… and not like them. They made me feel like something was wrong with me.”
Millo’s tiny wings drooped.
Joppa leaned closer. “Mahle… can we tell you something important?”
Mahle gave a small nod.
Millo spoke first. “There is Someone who sees you differently.”
Mahle looked up. “Who?”
Joppa smiled gently. “Jesus.”
Mahle blinked. “Jesus?”
“Yes,” Joppa said softly. “He sees your heart. He knows your story. And He loves you exactly as you are.”
Millo added, “He doesn’t look at you the way others do. He doesn’t measure you by what makes you different. He calls you His.”
Mahle’s eyes filled with tears. “But… what if I’m not good enough?”
Joppa shook her head gently. “None of us is good enough on our own. That’s why Jesus came. He took our sin and gave us His righteousness.”
Millo hopped a little closer. “That means you don’t have to prove yourself to belong. Jesus already made a way for you.”
Mahle’s voice trembled. “Even me?”
Joppa nodded. “Especially you.”

The evening breeze moved softly through the grass.
For the first time that day, Mahle lifted his head just a little higher.
Millo smiled. “We’re all learning to follow Him, too.”
Joppa added, “And sometimes people may not understand. They may think we’re strange or different for believing in Jesus…”
Millo giggled softly. “Maybe even a little out of our minds.”
Joppa smiled. “But we would rather be out of our minds for Christ than follow a world that doesn’t see the truth.”
Mahle looked at both of them.
“Can I follow Him too?” he asked quietly.
Joppa’s eyes filled with warmth. “Yes, Mahle. You can come to Him just as you are.”
Millo nodded eagerly. “You don’t have to stay alone anymore.”
Mahle took a deep breath.
And in that quiet field, something small but powerful happened:
A seed of truth was planted.
Not a seed of doubt,
not a whisper of harm,
but a seed of hope.
And this time…
It began to grow.
Reflection
Have I ever felt like I didn’t belong?
Do I know that Jesus sees me and loves me?
Can I share His Love with someone who feels alone?
Memory Verse
“We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors.”

Little Prayer of Repentance
Dear Jesus, forgive me for the times I have believed I am not enough or have made others feel that way. Thank You for loving me and making a way for me to belong to You. Help me share Your Love with others and be a kind and faithful friend. Amen.
